Terms of Use

Terms governing the use of the website and the Timefolio service.

These terms of use govern access to the website and the Timefolio service. By visiting the website or using Timefolio, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: March 17, 2026

Scope

These terms apply to the public website, demo and contact features, and the web-based Timefolio service.

If separate written agreements exist for specific customers, those agreements take precedence for the relevant contractual scope.

Service scope

  • Providing information about Timefolio and its features
  • Providing access to demo, contact and login functions
  • Providing the web-based service for service capture, approval, billing and reporting
  • Continuously improving, adjusting and extending the service during operation

Access and accounts

Some features require a user account. You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and your credentials confidential.

If you use Timefolio on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

Acceptable use

  • No unlawful, abusive or misleading use
  • No disruption, overload or circumvention of security measures
  • No automated extraction or reproduction outside expressly permitted interfaces or agreements
  • No submission of content or data without sufficient rights

Availability and changes

We aim to operate the service in a stable and secure way, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability at all times.

Features, content and technical components may be adjusted, expanded or replaced where required for operations, security or product development.

Data and responsibilities

The relevant organisation or user remains responsible for content, entries and uploaded data within Timefolio.

You are responsible for ensuring that entered data may be processed lawfully and that your own export, archive or backup requirements are met.

Pricing and individual agreements

Where Timefolio is used on a paid basis, the commercial terms defined in the offer, order confirmation, invoice or a separate agreement apply.

Free parts of the website or trial access do not create any entitlement to an unchanged feature set unless explicitly agreed.

Liability and contact

To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence, indirect damages and consequential damages is excluded. Mandatory statutory claims remain unaffected.
